Austin, TX · Family-run since 2014
Solo operator since 2014. Same morning, same person, every week — across Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Lakeway, and West Lake Hills.
Free, no-pressure walk-through. We quote on-site so the number you get is the number you pay.
A note from Rafael
I’ve been mowing yards out of North Austin since 2014. Solo operation — it’s just me on the truck most days, which means the person who quoted you is the same person who shows up Friday morning.
You’ll see me along Wells Branch, around the Domain, up in Round Rock and Pflugerville, west out to Lakeway. Same morning, same blade, every week. Bilingual — call or text in English or Spanish, whichever’s easier.
If your yard got away from you while you were out of town, I’ll come once and reset it. If you want me back every week after that, I’d be glad to.

What I do
Pick one service or all of them. I do the boring foundational work right so the lawn keeps looking good between visits.

How it works
We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.
We come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.
You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons.
Once we start, the same two-person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched.
The thing folks new to Austin always miss
If you moved to Austin from anywhere else, this one always catches you off-guard. Every February the live oaks dump a year’s worth of small, leathery leaves across your front yard right when the bluebonnets are coming in. Most crews don’t adjust their routes for it. I do.
Late Feb to early April is the window
Two heavy drops, usually around the same week each year. The oak catkins come right after — a yellow pollen-string mess that needs a separate pass.
What most crews miss
They mow over the leaves and call it done. The leaves shred fine but they smother St. Augustine if the layer’s too thick — your lawn comes out of the drop with yellow patches that take all summer to come back.
What I do
Two extra blow-out passes between late February and early April for weekly customers, no extra charge — it’s just part of the cycle here. Catkins get a third pass once the wind settles them.

Most of these are weekly customers. The lawn looks like this between my visits — that’s the point.

In their words
From folks in North Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, and out toward Lakeway who’ve put up with me showing up every week.
Rafael came out within two days of my call, walked the yard, and gave me a fair price right then. Now he shows up every Friday morning. The yard hasn’t looked this consistent in six years of trying different crews.

We were getting ready to list the house and the back yard had gotten away from us. Rafael came out, did a full reset in one visit, and the listing photos looked like a different property. Reasonable price, no upsell.

Bilingual, on time, and he actually answers the phone — which sounds like a low bar but try finding it. Mowing has been weekly since spring and the edges are sharp every time.

Where I work
I run my route from a North-Austin home base — 78758, near the Domain — and head out from there. If you’re inside this rough loop, I can usually fit a walk-through this week.
Don’t see your neighborhood? Text me — I’ll let you know honestly if it’s on the route.
Text or call and I’ll walk the property this week. — Rafael.
